The Native American Celebration in the
Park is a one-day event with an expected attendance of 65,000 - 85,000
people this year. We invite you to come celebrate with us the 16 Year Anniversary of this event. Reserve your booth space today as booths are
provided on a first-come first-serve basis.
Event Date: Saturday, July 24, 2010, Liberty Park,
1100 S. 600 E., Salt Lake City, Utah
Setup Date: Friday, July 23, 2010 between 12:00 Noon - 5:00 P.M.
Application Deadline and Booth Pricing (Applications will not be accepted July 23rd or 24th)
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS (Checklist)
- Utah State Tax Commission (801-297-6303): Any vendors owing sales tax from this event in previous years will NOT be allowed to open until this is paid. A Temporary Tax ID is mandatory for all vendors (this is NOT your business Sales Tax ID). The USTC will be at the event around 10:00 AM on July 24th to issue temporary tax IDs in case you did not have time to contact them prior to the event. You must have a Temporary Tax ID before opening.
- Signed Application/Agreement: Each vendor is required to return a signed application/agreement by mail to NACIP, Post Office Box 900698, Sandy, Utah, 84090. You will be able to download and/or print an agreement online once you submit payment and an application online. VIEW AND PRINT A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT NOW »
- Booth Assignments: NACIP reserves the right to place all booths. No preferred or requested booths will be reserved.
- Booths: All booths must be completely self-contained. Each booth is a 10' x 10' space. Vendor provides own canopy and all signage and booths must be of a professional nature.
- Mandatory Vendor's Meeting: Wednesday, July 14, 2010, 6:00 P.M., Salt Lake City Youth City Building (middle of Liberty Park) 600 East, 1100 South.NOTE: If you cannot attend this meeting, email Cal Nez or call 801-533-9503.
- Drinks - Soft-Drinks & Water: Vendors are NOT allowed to sell or give-away any soft drinks and/or water. All soft drinks and water will be sold ONLY by NACIP throughout the park.
- Electricity: First 110v outlet is free. $15 for each additional 110v outlet. $50 per 220v outlet. NO free ones.
- Giveaways: Vendors are NOT allowed to give away free products. Free services such as spinal exams, massages, etc. must be approved by NACIP.

- Method of Payment: Apply with a credit card online by clicking on the "Pay by Credit Card" button above. Cash and personal checks are NOT accepted. No refunds will be given.
